Peach and Ginger smoothie
Fun fact: during 13th and 14th Century, you could buy a sheep by paying with one pound (1 lb) of ginger.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tin peaches
1 cm cubed fresh ginger
Juice of 2 small oranges or 1 large (1/2 cup, roughly)
Recipe:
Peel the ginger and chop into smaller pieces.
Squeeze the orange juice.
Blend everything together!
A Bite Out of Life
I don’t mean to be dramatic, but finding out that Biscoff biscuits and spread are vegan was quite literally the best thing that ever happened to me. Here’s a picture of a Biscoff cake I made for a friend in 1st year, went down an absolute treat and I still think about it to this day.
